Botanical Sale Conditions

We take immense pride in our farm-to-cup process. However, purchasing natural agricultural products involves specific conditions:

Natural Variations

As our products are non-processed botanicals, seasonal variations in color, aroma, and leaf size are not considered defects.

Pricing Integrity

Prices are subject to change based on harvest yields. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors.

Fulfillment & Logistics

Shipments originate from our primary processing facility. We utilize trusted third-party carriers to bridge the distance between our estate and your home.

Damage & Returns Protocol

"Due to hygiene and food safety regulations (FSSAI), botanical products cannot be returned once opened."

Notice of transit damage must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence must be submitted via WhatsApp (+91 95300 43353) for a replacement or credit.

ART. 04

Intellectual Property

All digital assets, including the KSF mark, product photography, brewing guides, and proprietary blend names, are the sole property of KSF Botanical Private Limited. Reproduction, imitation, or commercial use without express written consent from our Bhilwara office is strictly prohibited.

ART. 05

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of an unresolvable dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
