Our botanical products are harvested with care, and we ensure your resolution is handled with the same integrity.

Section 01 — Botanical Safety

"Due to FSSAI hygiene standards and the natural sensitivity of our botanicals, we do not accept returns once a seal is broken."

To maintain the highest level of food safety for all our customers, KSF Botanical Private Limited does not offer 'change of mind' returns on any agricultural or food-grade products once they have left our facility.

Section 02 — Damage Resolution Roadmap

Immediate Documentation

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, document the condition immediately. We require high-resolution photos of the outer shipping box and the internal damaged product.

Our quality team will review your case. Approved claims will receive a fresh replacement or a full refund to the original payment source used on our e-commerce platform within 7-10 business days.

While we stand by our product quality, the physical return logistics for orders placed through partner marketplaces must be managed through your account on those specific platforms to comply with their protocols.
